Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets. Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Communicate project updates and challenges to project managers and stakeholders. Oversee the implementation of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports. Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges to prevent project delays.
