- Must have exceptional customer service and strong communication (verbal and written) skills in order to work most effectively with customers on the phone or email communications

- Persistent, competitive, and have an excellent work ethic
- Must have a current driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle abstract
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and execute guest Sales appointments, facilitate test drives, present the brand, the vehicles, our dealership, and client ownership experience to guestsEngage with clients by asking questions and listening to their responses; assist clients in finding a vehicle that meets their wants and needsConsistently follow up to ensure prospects are sufficiently informed of our inventory, services and current offersManage and respond to CRM correspondence in a timely fashion, follow-up is imperativeDemonstrate working knowledge of leasing and financingStay current on all product knowledge and training; become product and technology expertsFocus on the customer's needs to enhance the dealership, brand, and your personal valueMaintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lotHit monthly sales objectives as defined by managementMaintain CSI score above average set by manufacturerWE OFFER
