Location : York, PA

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 00 - 15 : 30)

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will assist with a wide range of diagnostic and interventional vascular and genitourinary procedures, ensuring proper equipment setup, maintaining sterile technique, and supporting physicians throughout all phases of care. Responsibilities include scrub and circulator duties, vascular closure system use (Perclose, StarClose), and procedural support for interventions such as angiography, embolization, stent placements, biopsies, and endovascular repairs (EVAR / TEVAR).

Required Experience and Skills :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience (candidates with slightly less may be considered)
  • ARRT certification required; ACLS and BLS required (ARRT VI preferred)
  • Experience in Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, or Cath Lab
  • Proficiency in procedures such as :
  • Angioplasty, Aortography, Embolization, Chemoembolization

  • IVC filter placement / removal, Liver biopsy, Renal angiography
  • Uterine artery embolization, Endovascular interventions
  • Must demonstrate competency in caring for young adult to older adult populations
  • Ability to participate in call rotation; must live within 30 minutes of facility
