Job Title : RN Medical / Surgical / Telemetry

Must-Have : Every third weekend availability

Description :

Responsible for providing patient care in a medical, surgical, and telemetry setting.

Assesses patients’ needs and develops individual care plans.

Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitors patients' progress and reports any changes to the healthcare team.

Educates patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery.

Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Participates in quality improvement initiatives and adheres to safety protocols.
