Job Title : In-Home Occupational Therapy Assistant ADL Specialist

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Location : Twin Cities Metro Area

Compensation : $42-$46 per visit

Job Type : Full Time and Part Time Hours available

What Youll Do :

Support clients with daily living skills through exercises and education under the guidance of a licensed OT

Collaborate with caregivers to ensure continuity between visits

Deliver personalized care that empowers individuals to live more safely and independently at home

Maintain thorough documentation in an electronic charting system

Qualifications :

Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Passion for client-focused rehabilitation and working directly in the home
