$110,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types

Annual Bonus, Commission, and Sign-on bonus

SIGNING INCENTIVE – 10% of base salary, paid in installments over the first six months.

We're seeking a polished, relationship-driven Luxury Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is dedicated to developing new business and closing complex, design-build estate projects ranging from $500K to $1M+.

Compensation

• Uncapped commission structure with six-figure earning potential
• Hiring incentive : 10% of base salary, paid in installments over the first six months
