DuBois Chemicals is seeking an experienced high-level Logistics Replenishment Specialist to maintain product availability, coordinate transportation, and optimize distribution center operations. Responsible to oversee the replenishment and inventory flow across internal and external facilities, manage communication across functional teams, and contribute to fleet performance and compliance. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in logistics coordination, inventory management, and ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) Systems. Key Responsibilities :
- Replenishment & Inventory Management : Oversee replenishment of all DuBois Auto Wash distribution centers using min / max planning.
- Coordinate with inventory control specialist to assist in monitoring inventory levels, product age, and turnover to ensure availability and freshness.
- Ensure substitute product options are identified and communicated for any out-of-stock items.
- Plan, close, and manage all inbound / outbound stock orders across internal and 3PL (third-party logistics) sites.
- Logistics Coordination : Coordinate freight across internal and external sites, including LTL (Less Than Truckload), couriers, final-mile, and Dubois-owned delivery trucks.
- Collaborate daily with freight and transportation partners to resolve delivery and in-transit issues.
- Source and negotiate contracts with third-party warehousing and logistics providers.
- Track and improve on-time delivery performance and service levels.
- Fleet & Driver Management : Manage Dubois-owned fleet maintenance, leasing, compliance, and documentation.
- Track key fleet metrics, optimize delivery routes, and ensure DOT compliance through training and coaching of drivers.
- Distribution Center Operations : Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution center communication including warehousing flow, inventory discrepancies, and issue resolution.
- Assist with regular inspections at 3PL sites to validate product quality and compliance.
- Support onboarding and system training for new 3PL sites and warehouse partners.
- Lead efforts to identify and launch new warehousing facilities in growth markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a central liaison between sales, customer service, and operations teams regarding distribution and fulfillment.
- Support planning for seasonal promotions, product launches, and project-based demand.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to onboard sites, manage transactions, and report on logistics performance.

Minimum Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory planning, supply chain operations or related field.Experience with freight sourcing, procurement or freight brokerage.Proficient in managing and optimizing inventory levels including forecasting and analysis.Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and Canadian logistics networks and metropolitan freight.Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills with attention to detail.Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory management and replenishment.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional communication and prioritize multiple projects.Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills while meeting deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Products including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and similar ERP systems.#INDOPS
