We're searching for an Electrical Controls Engineer to join our customer in Chicago IL and complete technical Electrical Design from scratch using E-Plan and Allen Bradley. This customer has a large presence in the manufacturing space, with multiple global and domestic locations. You will be offered an exciting opportunity to work on custom, 1 of 1 manufacturing equipment and machines and an array of PLC Systems.

You will be responsible for the full Electrical design from scratch using multiple electrical tools including E-Plan, AutoCAD, SmartPlant alongside getting technically involved with Controls Engineers and PLC Systems such as Allen Bradley and Siemens S7 / TIA Portal.

Basic Qualification were looking for :

4+ years of Electrical Engineering experience

3+ years of E-Plan CAD Designer experience

Alternative CAD Platforms desirable - AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, SmartPlant

3+ years of Allen Bradley PLC Programming experience

Robotics and Manufacturing experience

Experience completing the full project life cycle from start to finish

Process industry experience (Biotechnology, Food and Beverages, Chemical, Waste-Water)
