Division General Manager East
The East Division General Manager (DGM) is a senior member of the Wood Products Distribution organization and reports to the Vice President of Distribution. The East division is comprised of several distribution sites from the U.S East Coast to the Rocky Mountains in the West. The East DGM will directly lead the management team who oversees sales representatives, operations, design services, and inventory / replenishment associates.
Key Areas of Focus :
We manufacture and sell an innovative collection of proven structural framing materials to the residential, multi-family and light commercial markets, and also provide seamless building solutions, from design to installation to support. This team moves fast, works smart, and never stops pushing to be and stay number one in the industry. In Distribution, we have over 48,000 SKUs from over 300 suppliers of structural framing materials and specialty building products for residential, multi-family and light commercial markets. Our team of on-the-ground sales and support has the industry reach, experience, and knowledge to help grow your business. We'll get you what you need, when you need it. Our experienced operations team with over 40 LEAN greenbelts provides a safe and efficient delivery service.

What We Offer :
Compensation : This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $191,000 - $291,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 35% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. This position is eligible to be nominated for an annual long term incentive grant as well. The grant guideline for this position is $90,000, with a range of zero to 150% of the guideline amount. The value of long-term incentive grants is typically delivered in restricted stock units.

Retirement : Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary. Paid Time Off or Vacation : We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
