The Role : A marketing manager develops and executes strategies to promote products or services, manages marketing teams, analyzes campaign performance and coordinates efforts across departments to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal / external guest service by all team members.

Support the development, strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives.

Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints.

Brainstorming advertising and marketing ideas with senior management

Work closely with advertising or sales team members to ensure marketing campaigns align with product launches and consumer needs.

Plan and execute brand events or product launches as part of marketing campaigns.

Assist in the development of a 1–5-year strategic marketing plan.

Direct the creation and execution of print, electronic media, outdoor, direct mail, and web advertising.

Development and implementation of strategies to increase casino revenue.

Oversee the development and on-going implementation of casino website.

Assist in the creation of special events, promotions, and casino giveaways.

Writes promotion and special event rules and ensures implementation occurs as designed.

Actively volunteer in service to the community.

Ensure all guest problems and concerns are addressed by exceeding the guests' expectations for resolution.

Maintain strong customer service skills.

Maintain a complete understanding of the Player’s Club.

Perform public address announcements as required.

Ability to communicate with all departments.

Ensures the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.

Knowledge of all promotions and events.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older

Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board

Minimum five years of prior experience in casino marketing, with prior management experience.

A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or similar field is preferred or equivalent of education and experience.

Must be creative and innovative in the development of special events, promotions and strategies.

Ability to lead by setting a professional example and mentoring skills.

High-level public relations and customer service skills are required

Excellent written, analytical and verbal communications skills are required

Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Target Salary : $76,000.00 Per Year

Bonus Eligible

Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds

Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead

The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
