As Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for contributing to the completion of the weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes including validating the accuracy of earnings, deductions, tax withholdings and garnishments for large volume payrolls and multiple legal entities. - Assist with the daily payroll operations for a complex, rapidly growing organization of over 10,000 employees.
- Answer employee questions concerning payroll related manners (i.e. paychecks and W-2s).
- Assist with keeping tax records up to date and accurate.
- Assist with tax research when needed.
- Stay up to date with U.S. payroll regulations, payroll tax laws, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations and timely payroll tax setup and filings
Qualifications :
2+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and critical thinking skills.Excellent organizational time management skills to manage multiple, diverse, and potentially conflicting priorities.In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (FLSA, IRS guidelines, etc.). Multi-state payroll experience preferred.Experience with payroll systems, particularly Oracle and ADP Smart Compliance.What You Will Bring to the Table :
