Qualifications

  • Trax Training fitness professional must have a well-rounded focus on fitness; including strength, weight loss, and endurance, and small group training.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Motivational skills, ability to control a room, be enthusiastic.
  • Desire to train all levels of fitness including athletes, pre / post rehab, beginners, and elite.
  • Ability to recommend personal training programs with a strong sales background.
  • Must hold and maintain CPR / AED certification and approved personal training certification- NASM, NSCA, ACE, NASM.
  • 2+ years of experience teaching small group coaching or personal training.
  • Strong communication skills including answering phones, email communication, and greeting members at the front desk.

    • Responsibilities

  • Fitness Professional will be responsible for coaching predesigned small group training workouts with high energy and professionalism.
  • This position is a well rounded team member- with the ability to coach 1-on-1 clients, small group classes, sell memberships, and work front desk shifts.
  • Build Trax Training membership, class participation, and build / retain 1-on-1 personal training clientele.
  • Attend monthly fitness meetings and required educational workshops provided by Trax Training.
  • Handle member concerns / feedback in a professional manner.
  • Support Assistant VP of Fitness & Head Trainer with Trax Training and Fitness tours, membership sales, and personal training consultations, and nutrition consultations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of facility.
  • Market classes and personal training services inside and outside of Trax Training.
  • Assist with community outreach.
  • Must be available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

    • Trax Training and Fitness is searching for a fitness professional to add to our team. Primary responsibilities will be delivering predesigned small group training workouts for up to 6 clients per class. Other responsibilities include, conducting 1-on-1 personal training sessions, conducting nutrition counseling sessions, selling memberships, selling personal training programs, prospect outreach, and front desk shifts.

    If you are positive, motivated, a team player, excellent at multi-tasking, and keen on learning the ins and outs of the fitness industry you are the right person to join our team.

    Job Type- Part time; must be able to commit to classes at least 5 times per week and 20 hours of fitness service hours, and welcome desk shifts
