Transform customer relationships into long-term success! As a Customer Success Manager , you will ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our software solutions. You will be responsible for driving retention, renewal, and growth by serving as a trusted advisor and aligning customer goals with Epicor's business objectives. We are seeking applicants with a strong understanding of SaaS and On-Premise software models, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

What you will be doing :

  • Developing deep relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them maximize the value derived from our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships throughout the customers organization.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale and acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for customer growth, expansion, and upsell, in both SaaS and On-Premise environments.
  • Monitoring customer health and engagement metrics, taking action to address risks and drive retention and renewal rates.
  • Providing regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements.
  • Managing the renewal process, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring a seamless renewal experience.
  • Resolving customer escalations and issues, coordinating with Support and Technical resources as needed.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, product releases, and emerging technologies relevant to SaaS and On-Premise solutions.
  • Attend on-site customer events to strengthen our business relationship, generate leads, and / or create new sales opportunities.

What you will likely bring :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS and On-Premise models, licensing, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.
  • What could set you apart :

  • Experience with complex enterprise deployments, integrations, or migrations (both SaaS and On-Premise).
  • elevant certifications in Customer Success, Project Management, or Software Sales.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

    Range :

    Minimum : $50,000 USD Maximum : $150,000 USD

    The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
