This practice offers.

• Team consists of three physicians and two APPs
• 4-day work week Clinic hours : 8 AM- 5 PM. M-F
• Outpatient only with 1 : 6 nurse triaged call
• Team includes three physicians and 2 APP
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record

• Wage : between $308,572 and $333,592. Starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Washington has NO STATE INCOME TAX

• HIPSA Score 14. Eligible for Federal / State and internal STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT
