In this leadership role, you are an internal technical expert at the line level, ensuring the team performs to sustain and improve business results based on the 6 Stars model. You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check-act cycle, and provide coaching and training to your team.
How you will contribute
You are a key part of changing how the world snacks. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. You will understand losses in your area and take appropriate actions to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. You will ensure safety processes are followed, quality assurance activities are performed to ensure zero harm and high-quality products, and resources are properly allocated during your shift. You will lead shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reduction, loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
