The Firefly Realty Team is seeking a sales agent to become an integral part of our team! This role focuses on successfully assisting home buyers and / or sellers through each phase of their real estate journey. Imperative skills within this role include generating and receiving leads, following up to convert leads, setting qualified appointments, using phone scripts, delivering client consultations, overcoming objections, efficiently identifying and touring properties, accurately pricing properties, assisting clients in decision-making, receiving, writing, and communicating offers, negotiating contracts, and offering top-notch customer service.

The successful sales specialist is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team and focuses on achieving greater and greater levels of success. He or she will also be committed to growing his / her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual should expect to receive additional opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. Firefly Realty is based in Asheville, N.C., and we are looking for agents in our area and beyond to be part of our team.
