Job Details :

• 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule with flexibility for 4 to 5 days per week
• Shift hours from 7a-3p with flexibility on timing
• Provide office visits and follow-up appointments
• Perform various procedures including spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections
• Must be licensed in Wisconsin or have IMLC

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid travel and lodging available.
