Are you a detail-oriented, numbers-savvy professional with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a thriving company in North Fort Worth, where your work will literally help keep the lights managing and processing utility-related payables with precision and care.

Pay : 27 hourly

Shift : Mon - Friday 8am to 5pm

Contract : 6 mos. to 1 year

What You’ll Do :

• Process and verify incoming utility invoices (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.)
• Ensure timely payments to avoid service interruptions
• Reconcile utility accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to troubleshoot and clarify payment issues
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting
