Senior Project Manager - Minnesota

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager specializing in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Key Responsibilities

Drive stakeholder engagement through executive reporting and steering committees

Lead end-to-end project management for LIMS implementations, including planning and execution

Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field

Experience with LIMS implementations (e.g., LabWare, STARLIMS, LabVantage)

7+ years of project management experience, including 3 years in a senior role

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
