NPMA is a family owned property management company that operates 70 residential apartment communities in five states throughout the country and is celebrating 60 years of providing quality living for its residents. This opportunity is located at our Corporate office and will play a key role in the full spectrum of human resources. This role requires a proactive, organized, dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and offers support for 400+ employees
Key Responsibilities
- End to end Recruitment / retention
- Assist with employee relations matters
- Coordinate and administer benefits programs and open enrollment
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy
- Support performance review cycles
- Monitor compliance with policies and federal and state laws
