Temporary Contract Specialist

A company is looking for a Temporary Contract Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Process provider nominations and address issues within established guidelines

Educate providers on contract terms and manage contract retrieval processes

Support pre-credentialing functions and maintain relationships with providers

Required Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D

At least 2 years of customer service or provider communication experience, preferably in healthcare

Knowledge of medical codes, negotiations, and contract terminology preferred

Ability to use relevant software and hardware, including MS Office

Ability to establish priorities when faced with multiple tasks
