Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers by answering inquiries and providing information about wireless products and services.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of various wireless plans and devices.
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
