Job Title

Hiring licensed Journeyman Electricians to support utility-scale solar installations in Illinois & Colorado. This is a travel-based position ideal for electricians who are passionate about solar and open to working on remote job sites. Per diem expenses are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain electrical systems on solar construction sites.
  • Interpret and work from electrical blueprints and schematics.
  • Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel terminations.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required Qualifications :

  • Active Journeyman Electrician License (must be valid in at least one U.S. state).
  • Minimum 3 years of electrical experience, preferably in solar or commercial construction.
  • Willingness to travel and work on remote sites for extended periods.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and electrical codes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    • Pay

  • $45-$50 / hr
  • Paid weekly
  • $120 / day per diem

    • Schedule :

  • Monday - Friday / Saturday
  • 40-55 hours / week

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
