Job Summary :

Southwest Healthcare is seeking a on-site System Manager - HIM-Medical Records in our Temecula office and collaborate with staff across the Region. Duties include but not limited to :

• Oversee daily operations and staff of the HIM / Medical Records department working closely with the HIM System Directors.
• Ensures medical records are processed and maintained in accordance with Medical Staff Bylaws, Medical Staff Rules and Regulations and Federal and State Statues.
• In the absence of the System Director of Health Information Management, this role is expected to assume interim responsibilities.
• Must be able to travel between facility. 25%.
