Responsibilities Entry-Level Position : Assist with client inquiries and administrative tasks; learn the fundamentals of personal lines insurance; work towards obtaining necessary insurance licenses with company support

Personal Lines Account Manager : Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support; handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing; build and maintain strong client relationships

Personal Lines Producer : Focus on new business development and sales; identify and pursue opportunities to grow a personal book of business; provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs

Commercial Producer : Focus on new business development and sales; leverage existing relationships and expertise to grow a commercial book of business; collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications / Requirements Entry-Level Position : No prior experience required; willingness to learn and obtain licensing is essential

Personal Lines Account Manager : Previous experience in personal lines insurance preferred; strong organizational and communication skills

Personal Lines Producer : Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to generate new business

Commercial Producer : Experience in commercial insurance sales

Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
