We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Manager - Librarian / Editor to lead the management and editorial oversight of promotional materials within the MLR process. This individual will serve as the organizational expert on Veeva PromoMats and Veeva DAM, ensuring compliant, accurate, and version-controlled content across all promotional assets. The ideal candidate combines editorial rigor with digital asset management expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Veeva PromoMats & DAM Expertise

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) on Veeva PromoMats and Veeva DAM, including metadata tagging, asset linking, and lifecycle management.
• Train and support internal teams on Veeva workflows, best practices, and troubleshooting.
