Are you an experienced Body Shop Estimator looking to take your career to the next level? Gary Crossley Ford is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented estimator to join our high-performing collision center. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to accurately assess vehicle damage, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Inspect and assess vehicle damage to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Utilize estimating software to determine repair costs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians.
  • Ensure all repair work aligns with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and negotiate claims.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the repair process.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a body shop estimator.
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance claims.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
