Overview

We are seeking a Home Solution Specialist to engage homeowners, provide design consultations, estimate projects, and coordinate with the construction team to deliver outdoor living improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement

Meet homeowners through company-generated appointments, build rapport, and assess outdoor space needs.

  • Design Consultation

    • Measure outdoor areas, discuss design possibilities, and provide project estimates aligned with the client's vision.

  • Client-Centric Service

    • Ensure a smooth homeowner experience centered on customer satisfaction.

  • Project Coordination

    • Collaborate with the construction department to transition clients from consultation to project completion.

  • Technology Utilization

    • Use design platforms to create custom designs, submit contracts, and track project details.

  • Lead Generation

    • Generate additional leads independently while leveraging company-provided leads.

    Experience & Skills

  • Sales Background

    • Prior sales experience is ideal, or a strong interest in starting a sales career.

  • Tech-Savvy

    • Comfortable with basic office software and eager to learn new technology.

  • Driver's License

    • Required for meeting with clients in various locations.

  • Home Improvement Enthusiasm

    • Experience in fields like windows, bathrooms, kitchens, solar, or real estate is a plus.
