Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems, control circuits, and power distribution for plant operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement automation solutions.
Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare and maintain accurate electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
Coordinate with outside contractors, vendors, and utility companies as needed.
Provide technical training and support for maintenance staff and operators.
Participate in energy optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime.
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and automation controls.
Proficiency with electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent).
Familiarity with NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA, and other safety regulations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job is based in a manufacturing environment with a combination of office and plant floor responsibilities. This role uses standard office equipment. When in the manufacturing facility, all employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include / hearing protection, and safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA compliant safety boots / shoes.

Standard work hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
Travel between Tulsa and Claremore locations is expected.
Additional travel may be required for project support or training.
