A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers using their products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to customers, resellers, and partners via phone and ticketing system
Manage support cases to ensure compliance with service level objectives
Create Knowledge Base articles and contribute to technical documentation for training materials
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
Proficient in Linux command line environments
Advanced skills in grep, regex, and log scraping
Experience with email system debugging and remote troubleshooting tools
Familiarity with email / network security products such as Palo Alto Networks or Cisco is a plus
