This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate, driven RN looking to make a difference in a close-knit community hospital setting while advancing their clinical skills in both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Room environments.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in MedSurg and Emergency settings\n
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards\n
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes\n
• Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively\n
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions\n
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols\n\nEducation & Certification Requirements\n
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state eligibility)\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS – required within 6 months of hire (offered in-house)\n
• TNCC – required within 6 months of hire\n
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) required\n
