The Role

Were looking for an experienced and highly motivated Event & Field Marketing Manager to take our event and field marketing program to the next level.

With a solid foundation already in place, youll help us scale and streamline our program to create pipeline and drive brand awareness with prospects and customers. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, youll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics, drive communications strategies, and report impact.

This is what youll be doing, day to day :

• Own coordination between marketing and commercial teams to align on event goals, messaging, pre-event outreach, and follow-up strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Develop and execute event and field marketing strategy, ensuring Netcraft is present at the most influential conferences, trade shows, and events.
• Host and manage Netcrafts own field strategy, hosting regional events and activations designed for high-priority target accounts, creating tailored experiences that accelerate relationships and pipeline.
• Manage all event logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination, booth design, promotional materials, shipping, travel, and on-site execution when needed.
• Partner with Director of Demand Gen to own and manage the event and field marketing budget, making strategic investment decisions and ensuring spend is optimized for maximum ROI.
• Track, measure, and report event performance, including lead generation, pipeline impact, attendee engagement, and ROI metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Drive event follow-up strategies in collaboration with sales, ensuring leads are nurtured, opportunities are created, and results are fully realized.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, digital, content, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that support events.
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand Netcrafts presence in key markets and industries.
• Continuously improve processes, developing scalable playbooks for repeatable event success.
