Sous Chef  – The Wild Artichoke (Yorba Linda, CA)

Modern Japanese French fine dining restaurant led by Chef Andrew Joo .

We are looking for passionate Sous Chef to join a

chef-driven, technique-focused kitchen known for creative seasonal menus and high standards.

This position embodies the flavors and philosophy of The Wild Artichoke together with Chef Andrew.

  • Number of working days : 6-8 days off per month
  • Working hours : 10 : 30 – 22 : 30 (break 14 : 00 – 15 : 30)
  • Job duties : General cooking / Customer service / New employee training / Menu development / Ordering, inventory, cost, and hygiene management
  • Salary : Monthly salary of $6,000 to $7,000 (depending on experience)
  • Training period : 30 days ($25 per hour)
