Electrical Project Manager

STS Technical Services is hiring an Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple custom projects , ensuring smooth workflow and efficient scheduling. This role requires daily micro-management of several projects , coordinating across departments, and proactively addressing workflow changes to prevent bottlenecks.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Allocate resources based on workflow adjustments.
• Monitor and prevent bottlenecks in project flow.
• Track long lead-time items that may impact delivery.
• Follow up on incoming product and inventory for future projects.
• Conduct physical inspections of custom items for product use.
• Prepare weeks in advance by reviewing engineering drawings before projects go live.

Minimum Qualifications

This role does not involve managing people —it is focused on managing processes . While there is no formal education requirement, we will ask questions to ensure candidates can perform the responsibilities outlined above.
