What You'll Do 🏦

As our AG / Commercial Lender, you'll wear many hats-but all with one mission : supporting our local customers' financial success. You will :

🔹 Build strong, lasting relationships with Agriculture and Commercial clients across the region

🔹 Originate, evaluate, and close secured and unsecured ag and commercial loans

🔹 Conduct on-site inspections , review credit files, order appraisals, and analyze financials

🔹 Manage a performing portfolio , tracking performance and addressing issues before they escalate

🔹 Actively participate in credit decisions and recommend loan approvals in line with policy

🔹 Collaborate across teams to deliver full-service banking-deposits, loans, investments, and beyond

🔹 Stay in the know on regulatory compliance and uphold the standards of the Bank Secrecy Act

🔹 Represent The Callaway Bank at community events, networking opportunities, and customer visits

You bring :

• A high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• Proven success in sales, lending, or financial services
• A passion for agriculture and business development
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Sharp analytical thinking and decision-making ability
