Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to join our founding executive team and lead capital strategy for one of the most ambitious undertakings in technology today : building the next trillion-dollar company in Enterprise AI.

The Mission

Role Overview

As CIO, you will :

  • Design and execute capital strategy for a company with ambitions to reshape global enterprise AI.
  • Oversee fundraising and investment structures, from institutional rounds to next-generation digital securities.
  • Manage multi-billion-dollar capital deployment across geographies, verticals, and marketplaces.
  • Shape global investment partnerships, engaging sovereign funds, institutional investors, family offices, and private capital.
  • Align financial growth with strategic expansion, ensuring we become the category-defining platform in Enterprise AI.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record as a senior investment leader (CIO, GP / Managing Partner, Head of Alternatives, or equivalent).
  • Deep expertise in capital markets, structured finance, and private equity / venture models.
  • Global perspective — experience working with sovereign funds, institutional LPs, or multi-regional funds.
  • Strategic insight into AI, enterprise technology, and digital infrastructure investments.
  • Appetite for scale — a leader ready to guide a company toward trillion-dollar market capitalization.
