We are seeking a Senior Director of Programmatic Team Lead to lead a pod of sellers who will drive growth through our innovative programmatic solutions, selling to media agencies and brands nationally. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales strategies that align with the company's goals to drive channel growth, and will work directly with product marketing and strategy leads to shape the company's programmatic product roadmap.

As team lead, you should have a strong track record of selling through programmatic solutions, as well as experience managing or formally mentoring at least two team members. You are a strong leader, an excellent communicator, and are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a company during key growth years. This position will have a pivotal role in shaping the company's revenue and sales strategy, will report directly to the Executive Vice President, Sales, and is based in our NYC office located on Madison Square Park, where team members work from the office together Tuesday through Thursday each week.

Responsibilities include :

• Build, align, and lead a best-in-class sales team to beat quarterly and annual sales targets
• Develop relationships with key senior stakeholders - particularly programmatic buyers and internal trading desks, participate in closing strategic opportunities, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coach a team to develop and maintain a sales pipeline and prospect database, break new business, and grow existing partnerships
• Work closely with inter-departmental counterparts to identify product growth opportunities and execute
• Develop targeted sales strategies to capture new or expanded revenue streams
• Contribute to the company's marketing strategies and attend conferences and industry events

Jun Group offers a hybrid work model. This role is based in our NYC office at Madison Square Park, where we welcome our team in-office three days per week.

Salary Range : $160,000 - $180,000, plus commission
