Lead SOA Product Manager

As Lead Product Manager for Sales Order Automation and Associate Experience , you'll drive the strategy, development, and delivery of a proprietary digital solution that will transform how Sonepar's inside sales teams manage quotes and orders. This high-impact role will lead the rollout of a new application that integrates with exiting ERPs, replacing legacy systems and streamlining workflows across all channels.

This position is based out of our Broomfield Colorado corporate office in a hybrid (3-days a week in office) work environment.

What You'll Do :

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for sales order automation and associate-facing tools.
• Align product strategy with business goals and user needs, ensuring a seamless experience across ERP, CRM, and mobile platforms.

Compensation : Base salary $110,000 - 125,000
