About the Role
The Senior Product Manager - WC Claims Solutions will lead the strategy and development of claims-focused products within the Workers' Compensation space. This role is ideal for someone with deep domain expertise in claims operations and a passion for building data-driven tools that solve real-world problems. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and client-facing teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for Workers' Compensation claims solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather feedback and define priorities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Lead product development efforts from concept through launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Present product updates and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
