What you will do

• Act as a key focal point between engineering and manufacturing teams — supporting product validation, defining test requirements, and leading the development of a scalable production test strategy.
• Specify, source, commission, and maintain both manual and automated test equipment (ATE).
• Drive the growth of test capability and capacity as we ramp to full-rate production, ensuring test systems meet increasing throughput while maintaining reliability, compliance, and quality.
• Develop formal test procedures, instrumentation plans, test stand / fixture designs, data acquisition architectures, and any other necessary tools to allow for thorough and repeatable testing.
• Ensure and confirm that data collected during tests are accurate and complete.

Compensation

$90,000 - $120,000 a year. The wage listed reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and evolving needs of the role.
