  • Position Summary

    As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the daily coordination of personnel and resources. You will act as a bridge between nursing and ancillary departments, ensuring :

  • Continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Patient satisfaction and cost efficiency
  • Compliance with clinical standards and policies
  • Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Coordinating staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations
  • Identifying and resolving issues affecting clinical service delivery
  • Performing quality assurance studies and implementing QA / QI initiatives
  • Serving as a resource for staff and external contacts on patient care and clinical standards
  • Monitoring departmental compliance with accreditation and legal requirements
  • Assuming required call for the department when scheduled
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • KY RN state licensure or compact licensure (required)
  • Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS within 7 days of hire
  • Handle with Care certification within 30 days of hire
  • National Certification in area of specialty preferred within 2 years of hire
