Outside Sales Rep - Commercial

Seeking top performers only! Do not apply unless you're an exceptional achiever ready to prove it. We don't hire backgrounds, we hire producers. If you're average, you can earn $45K with us. If you're a superstar, you can earn $200K+. There is no cap to your commissions and if you achieve your sales goal for the year, you get an extra $20K bonus.

You will build and maintain relationships with key contacts, including facilities managers, property managers, and other commercial professionals. This includes creating proactive plans to assist businesses in preparing for fire and water emergencies. The majority of this role is new business development.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Exceed assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle effectively
  • Expand and nurture the commercial contact base using a systematic approach to identify and cultivate new business prospects
  • Participate in and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events, including industry association meetings
  • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and educate clients on the benefits of emergency preparation
  • Respond quickly to fire and water emergencies to secure jobs

Position Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tenacious personality with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Competitive nature
  • Experience in restoration, facilities, or project management industries is a plus
  • This is a full-time position with varying hours between 8 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role may require longer hours and flexibility based on business needs and scheduled events. Local travel may be up to 90%, primarily during the business day. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be necessary, particularly during storm damage responses in other states.

    Salary draw structure with a significant performance based bonus in addition to uncapped commissions.
