Provide customer service, data entry, and collateral material development support to Career Coaches, Employer Consultants, Executive Director, Ivy+ Career Link, and Talent Connection Manager.

CURRENT IVY TECH STUDENTS ONLY

$15 HOURLY

Responsibilities include :

• Provide excellent in-person and telephone customer service to employers, staff, and students
• Enter data using various computer software including Microsoft Word & Excel, HireIvy
• Assist with development of Career Link marketing templates and materials
• Collaborate and cooperate with department staff
• Basic clerical and filing requests
