SUMMARY
Without the strength of our Maintenance team, we would not be able to offer the industry-leading service we’re known for. We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor Professional. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a Maintenance Manager.
As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on Maintenance Manager you will oversee the maintenance department; oversee the preventive maintenance program, daily maintenance, repair of Karman machinery, facilities and moving vehicles. Manage Maintenance personnel in maintaining and ensuring that the Company equipment is in good safe operating condition in the support of Manufacturing and Facilities. Maintenance Manager must also be able to explain the respective role within the QMS and how their role contributes to quality and safety. The Maintenance Manager shall have a strong safety background and be aware of ethical behavior and conduct themselves accordingly to Karman policies and procedures.
