Payment Poster

A company is looking for a Payment Poster in Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and denials to client accounts

Review and reconcile deposits, EFTs, and lockbox reports for accuracy

Identify posting discrepancies and collaborate with team members to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of payment posting experience in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management

Proficiency in reading and interpreting EOBs, ERAs, and payer remittance statements

Experience with multiple EMR / Practice Management Systems; familiarity with automation-assisted posting is a plus

Strong numerical and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
