Position Overview

We are seeking a Motivated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Hartford, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our laminating machinery operates efficiently and effectively. If you have a knack for machine setups, a keen eye for detail in blueprint reading, and experience with operating industrial machines, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Set up and operate laminating machines for production runs.

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production specifications.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laminating equipment.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Assist in packaging finished products for shipment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.

Understanding of machine setups for production runs.

Ability to ready and record measurements

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience with packaging, printing or lamination machines is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Second Shift | Monday - Thursday | 1p - 11pm

Note : Training on 1st shift for 60-days

Wage

Entry level operators start at $19-$21 / hour

Experience operators start at $22 - $25+ / hour

$1 / hour shift premium
