Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year, working full time in an elementary school setting. The position focuses on teaching K-2nd grade students in a self-contained classroom environment. The role requires in-person attendance and offers a contract for the full school year.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to students with special education needs in grades K-2
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) tailored to each students unique needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student learning and development
- Maintain accurate records, assessments, and documentation as required by state guidelines
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and engagement
Qualifications :
