Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and / or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Whiteville, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission :

As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH, you’ll play a vital role in helping both youth and adults build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations.

You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups , fostering connection and growth. This is a wonderful opportunity to utilize your passions and creativity. Whether that’s art therapy, mindfulness, movement, or other therapeutic approaches .

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive salary : $50,000 - 54,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $55,000+.
• Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
