ServiceNow Administrator

Job Description

CSCI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform for the End-to-End Systems Management Center (E2E SMC). This role is critical to enabling effective IT service management, workflow automation, and reporting across mission-critical logistics systems, while ensuring strict compliance with DoD security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow tools and applications
• Support system migrations, enhancements, and workflow development
• Provide on-call support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to prioritize updates
• Maintain documentation and standards for ServiceNow operations
• Ensure compliance with DoD security regulations during system changes
