Job Description
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.
Review contracts, manage procurement processes, and ensure proper allocation of resources.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have :
Proven experience managing construction projects in the residential or multifamily industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting project goals.
